Report
The Swiss team had better enter to the game but it was French player Gabillet who failed in the biggest opportunity when he missed the puck in front of the open net. But score was changed soon. In 2nd minute was scored power play goal by ice-hockey player of EHC Biel Julian Walker.
The second goal was added by the same player with his nice shot under cross bar and one minute after Daniel Rubin increased the margin to score 3:0. The French coach called for time out and it evidently helped. Jeremy Lapresa started the revival with slap shot closely to the goalpost.
Team France in the second half felt the chance and played with self-confidence. The pressure was succesfull when Benoit Ladonne beat the goalie from rebound. The Swiss started to be worry about result and they made mistakes. In their own power play they let Kari Gabillet score.
But French did not earn the point without other difficulties. In the ongooing power play Rubin returned the lead to Team Switzerland. Till in 39th minute was the Swiss foul punished by Jeremy Lapressa and Team France thanks to him gained one valuable point.

Comments
Bernard Seguy (Team France coach): We are not satisfied with the result. We allowed after our fouls and the return to the game was extremely difficult. But we are satisfied with the second half when we performed as real French.
Wittwer Christian (Team Switzerland coach) I am not satisfied with the result, because we did not win. It was too easy to take lead and than we were passive. We saw ourselves in the lock room and it was mistake. We allowed easy goals.
